So I needed furnace repair and wasn’t sure who to call. Did a quick search online and bingo, HarborPoint Appliance Repair popped up with solid reviews. Decided to give 'em a shot. The tech showed up on time and got to work fast—no messing around. Honestly, didn’t expect much, but these guys were great. Our furnace was acting up, cycling on and off, and making weird noises. They handled it all like pros. Turns out it had some issues that they explained without any of that confusing tech talk. It was refreshing. Bit of a breeze to talk to as well, which is rare. They wrapped it up quicker than I thought and the heat’s been spot on ever since. If you’re around Newport Beach, CA and need furnace repair, these are the folks to call. Hands down.
